Your game stays on your device
Knight by Knight is a single-player puzzle game. You do not need an account. The game does not send your moves, scores, or settings to us and does not include advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.
What is saved
The app saves your current puzzle, unlocked levels, stars, best move counts, and music and vibration preferences in local storage on your device. This information lets you return to your progress after the app closes.
Retention and deletion
Saved progress stays on your device until it is removed. Use Settings → Delete saved data to erase the game’s local progress and preferences. This cannot be undone. Device backups may retain or restore app data depending on your operating system and backup settings; manage those backups through your device or backup provider. We do not keep a server copy of your game progress.
Permissions and connections
Normal gameplay, music, and the help and privacy pages work offline. The app does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, or microphone. If you choose to email support or visit a website, your email service or browser handles that connection under its own privacy practices.
When you contact support
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to answer your request and troubleshoot the problem, and keep it only as long as needed for that purpose or applicable legal obligations. Our email provider processes these messages to deliver and store them. Please avoid sending passwords or other sensitive information. You can contact us to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to applicable legal obligations.
Sharing and children’s privacy
We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. The game does not ask players, including children, to provide personal information. A parent or guardian should contact support on a child’s behalf.
Scope and changes
This policy describes the Knight by Knight mobile game. App stores, device backup services, and the Claderia website have their own privacy practices. If the game’s data practices change, we will update this policy and its date.
