TEN BLOCKS
Privacy policy.
Updated September 12, 2026
Your game stays on your device
Ten Blocks is a single-player puzzle game. You do not need an account. The game does not send your puzzles, progress, or statistics to us and does not include advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.
What is saved
The app saves your unfinished puzzle, the puzzles you have solved with the date, time taken, and hints used, your daily puzzle streak and best streak, and whether you have seen the how-to-play guide. This information is stored on your device so you can return to your progress after the app closes.
Retention and deletion
Saved progress stays on your device until it is removed. The app does not have a delete option; to erase the game’s progress, delete the app, or on Android clear the app’s storage in system settings. This cannot be undone. Device backups may retain or restore app data depending on your operating system and backup settings; manage those backups through your device or backup provider. We do not keep a server copy of your game progress.
Permissions and connections
All puzzles, including the daily puzzle, are included in the app, and the daily puzzle is chosen using your device’s date. Gameplay does not connect to the internet. The app does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, or microphone. If you choose to visit our website or email support, your browser or email service handles that connection under its own privacy practices.
When you contact support
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to answer your request and troubleshoot the problem, and keep it only as long as needed for that purpose or applicable legal obligations. Our email provider processes these messages to deliver and store them. Please avoid sending passwords or other sensitive information. You can contact us to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to applicable legal obligations.
Sharing and children’s privacy
We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. The game does not ask players, including children, to provide personal information. A parent or guardian should contact support on a child’s behalf.
Scope and changes
This policy describes the Ten Blocks mobile game. App stores, device backup services, and the Claderia website have their own privacy practices. If the game’s data practices change, we will update this policy and its date.
